Mid~WEEk meditatiOn
As we come into Thursday already, taking a few moments to gather a little perspective can be productive before the weekend begins and intentions towards our next week start to brew. I think of Thursdays as my ‘office ViBeS’ day even if that just means a little review of my schedule and upcoming activities or book keeping business type end of week rituals. I tend to schedule a light bodywork day only taking a few longer sessions so that I have good productive energy to wrap up the week and maybe even celebrate or move on from some of what has come together while wandering thru…
This week was busy for me as I prepare to move out of theMONARCH STUDIO 31 space already next week after LASTmondayS hOOpJAM. I had to do a lot of changing my website, and service menu on my booking program, and just like DECIDING if I want to eliminate those offerings for a while and fill the day with bodywork sessions that I do love and know are just easier to keep booked(?)… but then of course changing all of my product descriptions to WANDERing so I can keep mixing those mOvement, wOrkshop, tea&tarot ~type sessions… making stOries into magical experiences for people aaand endless possibilities for me to spend hours working on my website(I am trying so hard to like computer work..).
Mostly I think this week was a lot of sadness for me. I felt a great deal of grief and loss and even some tears this week as I step away from this project. I have vended the 2nd Saturday MARKET monthly here in Ogden since I found out about it. I have always been so drawn to that space and literally created a collection after many years of not



mOOn MANTRAS available FRIDAYS
…we wander away from that new mOOn energy and into this next cycle.
I always feel fresh energy and inspiration towards the newness in the waXing crescent phase. i traditionally find myself experiencing the most dejavu during this time. each cycle i catch myself wondering what could be driving just this absolute surge of energy seemingly out of nowhere and as i check the night sky, sure enough, i over and over am led to discover that little sliver of moon as it comes into veiw.
i have been practicing trying to capture/contol that energy for a little longer that it naturally stikes me. Usually by the first quarter my interest in the monthy ‘greatest creation of all time’ has already dwindled and upon intersection with all of the tangled branches of the former monthly seeds and so i abandon much if i don’t direct my energies efficiently right from the finish.
