
Movement Meditations
These moments we practice from day to day reflect our relationships with this world and the dance we move about this earth with creates our paths and the rhythms that connect us. Through exploring the many practices and props of movement and play, I have found a few paths to connection, giving me access to navigate my inner and outer spaces with such curiosity and engagement. These interactions with space and time have been the key to transformation for me and I hope to share them often on my way through the spiral~

This session is designed to inspire exploration towards balance and is available as a private, group, or online offering.
20 minute session $45

Explore a guided adventure complete with a movement meditation session, complementary snack, and a memory that might join you on the rest of your journey to remind you there is magic in every moment.
1hour session/$100

Attend or host a circle ceremony celebrating some possibilities with an opening or closing meditation, 20minutes guided movement, and 60 minutes of play and perspective.

going thru the motions~
Some days it is just about ‘going thru the motions’…you know….? On days like these I have mapped out a few motions that might lift the mood, inspire creativity, and help lead us to balance. Movement often defines us alive and while rest is also important, it is valuable to remind your body of all the different ways we can move everyday, like reminding yourself of the possibilities so you can be ready for any opportunity while moving toward wellness…even for just 20 minutes.

This signature adventure begins with a hoop hike leading to a location that will guide us thru a movement map in nature. With our hoop as our compass we might find a flow in natural non~linear movements and perhaps bring a bit of this balance back with us to our daily paths.
hOOp jams & journeys~
Exploring with our community can often open doors to inspiration and collaboration. Hosting hOOp jams and journeys is one of my greatest honors as a movement and play facilitator. I have had the opportunity to create a space for inspiration and collaboration to grow through these connections. Our muscles have memory and moving in spaces that support relaxation, inspiration, and health can engage with our facia and spiral into such positive benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. I hope to connect with you along the journey.
