 Movement.

One beautiful thing I have learned while going through the motions is that movement is absolutely an intentional act towards something: survival..curiosity.. play.. This interaction with our time and space is the language of all creatures. These moments we practice from day to day reflect our relationships with this world and the dance we move about this earth with creates our paths and the rhythms that connect us. Practicing this consciousness has led me to explore possibilities, share best practices, and hope to create inspiration.

Meditation.

Checking in with ourselves, our intentions and intuition, can have an incredible impact on what we bring to life everyday. While consciousness allows us to be many magical things it also may lead us consumed in our efforts. Allowing ourselves to reset gives us opportunities to (re)examine our path regularly and refresh our direction often. In my own experience, tuning in with this practice has helped me overcome obstacles and open doors to dreams that otherwise seemed impossible.


Massage.

Often we are so busy with life and engaging with the buzz that we miss the messages our bodies are sending us. This feedback is so important to engage with in order to maximize movement, balance body function, and subside stress. As a bodyworker I am honored to help facilitate connections with your body, hoping to guide towards feeling great. By taking the time to check in with our muscles, nervous system, and inspire circulation we can manage our health and maintain our energies towards wellness.
