  • …a great way to center yourself, refresh your intentions, & refOcus your stillpOint…

integrating props into our practices can be very supportive. breathwOrk beads offer a way to track your time/repetitions w/o haveing to count so you can focus on your mantra/meditation

each bead can represents a mOment, a breath, a prayer, a step on your journey towards balance. these ancient focus companions have been guiding rituals for thousands of years from many many religions and cultures.

  • ….i really connect with the rituals & mantra pattern/recipe of the Mala. Malas show up in India over 3,000 years ago. They are rooted in Hinduism and Buddhism and are meant to help you focus your mind during meditation. Mala beads traditionally have 108 beads. The largest bead, in the center, is known as the guru.

  • Prayer beads come in many types, including rosaries, malas, tasbih, and mequterias. The number of beads varies by religion and use.

 mOOn MANTRAS…

I sometimes struggle to find my own balance while mOving thru life’s cycles. Living with the mOOn & seasOns helps me find a still pOint. I have created sOme guides to help navigate the phases &celebrate the cycles. by focusing on a mantra or affirmation appropriate to the pull to inspire, create, or rest. Noticing patterns and shifting to set a flOw according to our natural rhythms can be so freeing on this jOurney towards balance. By setting intentional routines & rituals we create space to inspire transfOrmation. Join me for a mOOn MANTRA, PHASES wOrkshop, or cycles jOurney alOng the way~
